Returns of our PicknMix's will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons.
If your item is either damaged or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will send you a replacement for the item, no refunds will be given.
You must provide photographic evidence of the original packaging and of the items sent, otherwise we cannot offer any replacements.
If your item is opened we will not be able to accept a replacement.
If you are experiencing any issues regarding your tracking number or parcel being delivered please contact us via email. - Please be aware Royal Mail are experiencing slight delays with parcels being delivered and scanned into the system.
We are unable to take responsibility for our parcels that are lost in transit or go missing after proof of delivery has been obtained. If you have not received your parcel, we will need to start a claims process with your chosen carrier which can take up to 30 days
